About Us
Romney Appraisal was founded by Milton A. Romney in October 1985, currently offering residential appraisals for Conventional, FHA and Veterans Administration loan types. Property types include, single family homes, 2-4 family apartments, condominiums, and vacant land. As a family owned business, spouse, Janet, and sons, Kyle and Matt, have been instrumental in the progress and quality of our work product.

Qualifications
Milton Romney is a NM State Certified Residential Appraiser. Milton has been a member of and active participant of various mortgage, real estate broker, banking, employee transfer, appraiser training and regulating organizations over the years. Mr. Romney has also participated in real estate development, construction, and as an educator. SRA designated from the Appraisal Institute in 1988.
